Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse an order if the item is unavailable or priced in error.

Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Products

Panels are handmade and finishes may vary slightly from photography. Each panel is supplied with the stated power and mounting accessories.

Delivery

All panels are made to order. Delivery takes 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Cancellations & returns

All sales are final. Because every panel is made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods. See our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
