Returns policy
All sales are final — every panel is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No returns or exchanges
Every Game Day Shop panel is custom made to order. For that reason we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your design, spelling and options before checking out.
Delivery times
Delivery takes 2–3 weeks from the day you order. Please allow the full lead time before contacting us about a late parcel.
Faulty or damaged items
If your panel arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days at Gamedayshop@outlook.com with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
Wrong item received
If we've sent the wrong item, email Gamedayshop@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
